AS-TWO HAND SAETY is controller based system. It ensures that both hand of operator are engaged during the operation. In conventional systems, two hand pushbuttons are used to initiate the operations. But many times it’s found that operator tends to find the way around it.

AS-TWO HAND SAETY makes sure that for every cycle both pushbuttons are released as base conditions. After push buttons are pressed, controller will check occurrence of both PB almost simultaneously. If the time between two push buttons getting pressed is more, it will not activate the output relay. Also after completion of operation, controller will check if both PB are released or not. If one of the PB is pressed continuously, then fault LED will be continuously remain ON.

This instrument accepts two pushbuttons (NO contact). For system interface two relay output (potential free) contact is provided. Fault led indicates that, two PB are not pressed simultaneously. For auxiliary supply 230VAC.
