User has to divide total Cycle time in 10 time slots. As soon As new Job cycle starts, Gradual Lamp unit will recive Digital I/P or potential free pulse which is 1/10th of total cycle time and for every Pulse input, Graduated Lamp lights next 10% Lamp. In this way one can monitor cycle time of every job ON Line. Operator will get instant information about cycle time of every Job. If for every cycle the indication cross 90% or 100% of total cycle time, Production team can take corrective action to improve the cycle time delay. Lamp with buzzer is provided. when indication reaches at 100%, Buzzer will operate. Buzzer can be acknowledge or mute with the help of pushbutton which is provided on side wall of unit.
